Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?

Yes, every team member holds current police checks, Working with Children clearances where required, and we maintain $20M public liability insurance.

Do I need to supply any equipment?

No. We bring hospital-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. We can also use your preferred supplies on request.

How does pricing work?

Residential cleaning is quoted based on property size and frequency. Commercial cleaning is scoped during a free site visit to tailor the checklist and frequency.

What is included in an end-of-lease clean?

Our bond cleans include oven, rangehood, windows, skirting boards, light fittings, bathrooms, and carpet steam cleaning as requested. We follow REIV checklists.

Can you clean after-hours?

Yes. We regularly service offices and retail spaces in the evening or early morning to minimise disruption.

Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?

Absolutely. If you’re not thrilled within 72 hours, we’ll return and address any concerns free of charge.

How do I prepare for my first clean?

We recommend tidying personal items and securing valuables. Our team will handle the rest. Leave a spare key or arrange access with reception if needed.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients and provide detailed invoices for easy claiming.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, direct debit, and invoice on account for approved commercial clients.
